As you know we try very hard to keep parents regularly informed about what’s going on at the school. For this reason, we no longer send home paper copies of correspondence.
To help improve these areas we use a service called ParentPay, which will communicate with you by email and text message. ParentPay is also used to pay for school lunches and other payments e.g. trips
To use ParentPay, once a child is registered with us, we will send home an activation letter explaining how to set up your ParentPay accound in order for you to receive school communication and pay for school items.
Please be assured that ParentPay is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.
Important – When we start using ParentPay, email messages will be sent from platform@parentpay.com. Please add this address to your email address books (or approved sender list) to prevent messages from being blocked by your SPAM/JUNK filters.
Letters are also uploaded to the website to enable parents to print these off if required.
You can email the school to give your permission for any of the events taking place that involve your child. Please include the following details in your email: - name & year group of child - name of competition/activity - confirmation of collection time (if applicable)
